Gravel Courtyard Garden, Twyford

The gravel garden is the second phase of the Twyford garden project, and focuses on creating a welcoming and tranquil gravel courtyard area that connects the drive to the front door.

High Retaining Walls, Fownhope

My clients had just bought a newly renovated and extended 19th century brick cottage. The rear garden behind the house had been pushed into the hilly field boundary, resulting in an imposing 3-metre-high brick retaining walls.

Large Sloping Rural Garden, Twyford

The project involved the transformation of a sloping garden surrounding a converted 19th Century Barn and former farmyard. The aim was to create  an inviting and informal garden with relaxing areas for the whole family,  whilst also creating an attractive, beautiful garden with a long season of interest.

Cobhall Common, Hereford

A large, sunny family garden  has been transformed into a pretty space full of romantic roses and lavender whilst the  teenage get their hangout with a roomy, garden building.

Small Triangular City Garden, Hereford

A three storey brick townhouse block with a partially shady, triangular back garden, a sunny, lawned front garden. The clients have been there a year and needed ideas to make the most of the unusual shape.

I am so glad that I discovered this website – what a find! As soon as I met Flora and we started talking about gardens, I felt confident that my hopes for our garden would flourish in her capable hands – I wasn’t mistaken! She quickly understood our needs and transformed these into a very imaginative and workable design.  The finished result is wonderful, and I know that as the seasons unfold, it will be blooming marvellous!”  Joanna, Hereford
