Phases: 2

 TWYFORD BROOK BARN, HEREFORD.
The project involved the transformation of a sloping garden surrounding a converted 19th Century Barn and former farmyard. The aim was to create an inviting and informal garden with relaxing areas for the whole family, whilst also creating an attractive, beautiful garden with a long season of interest. The key focus was on softening and and integrating the 3-metre high bank opposite the barn to connect the lower and upper garden. The contemporary design together with the use of natural materials blends new and old and has created a stunning, multi-purpose garden that blends with the surrounding countryside and provides a tranquil and harmonious space.

This garden was implemented in 2 phases; firstly the bank and relaxation areas and secondly, the gravel courtyard area (see Twyford Brook Gravel Garden Project).
